Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us a photo at team@dhariya.in and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping needed.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund the item price once the return is received.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
